Mold making
1 We provide customers one-stop service, from Parts concept or customers data to part analysis, material selection, 3D model creating to final product, every processes we can be instrumental with early involvement and development in the part design process and working closely with customers.
2 We use the advanced software of CAD, insure the customer having the complete 3D drawing for reference and check analysis before the mold begin to build.
3 We use MF software to analysis part at the start of the mold design phase, it will help optimize part and mold designs, reduce potential part defects, and improve the molding process before any mold start to make.
4 We provide 2D mold assemble drawing, material data to customers for approval before cutting the steel.
5 We use UG, Pro/E, AutoCAD, etc. software to provide complete digital representations ensuring proper integration of all components. All our molds are designed in full 3D solid with DME or HASCO standard.
