All our molds and parts are manufactured under the ISO 9001-2000 Certification standards. We have strict quality control system internally. This quality system has been implemented on each process. Meanwhile, we also have very strict supplier verification system, and we execute the regular audit to assure the best quality raw materials. With advanced measuring devices and efficient control system, the quality of every mold is assured by our professional quality engineers from mold design to mold shipment.
Main Quality Control Procedures：
1 IQC includes steel hardness and full inspections on steels, mold base, basic components, and material. (Incoming Quality Control)
2 IPQC includes document and data checking, design optimization, electrode inspection, mold component inspection, prre-assembly inspection, trial report and samples inspection. (In-Process Quality Control)
3 FQC includes before shipping inspections on mould and packing; the steel certification, heat treatment certification, 2D and 3D mold design, mold trial video are attached to the shipment as well. (Final Quality Control)

Mold base inspection report, steel inspection report, electrode inspection report, heat treatment report, QC report, IPQC report, corrective action report, FAI report, CPK report, pre-shipping QA report.
Quality control for plastic injection molding
Parts made in a plastic injection molding process can have their own unique set of possible defects. That is why all of our employees are trained to spot these problems.
Our material review board meets weekly to discuss every issue, and determine detection and prevention solutions. Non-conforming product is brought to the attention of all employees at our monthly quality meetings, where everyone’s input is considered. |
